Gemma wakes to find her house on fire. Trapped with her son, she dials 999. The operator who answers holds Gemma's life in her hands.

With her house engulfed in flames and her three-year-old son choking from the thick black smoke, a desperate young mother, Gemma, dials for help. On the other side of the line, a highly skilful and alert female Emergency Services Operator tries to guide the helpless mother, as the fire rapidly devours her home threatening their lives.
